A Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, Efficacy, Pharmacokinetics, and Immunogenicity of Intravenous Administration of ARGX-119 in Pediatric Participants Aged 5 to Less Than 18 Years With Spinal Muscular Atrophy
Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA)

This study aims to find the correct dose of ARGX-119 for children with SMA. The study will also look at how safe the study drug is, how well it works, how it moves through the body, and how the immune system responds to it. The study consists of a double-blinded treatment period (DBTP) where participants will either receive ARGX-119 IV or placebo IV, in addition to disease-modifying therapy (DMT) for 24 weeks. Participants who complete the DBTP will enter the open-label active-treatment extension period (ATEP) during which all participants will receive ARGX-119 IV up to 100 weeks (approximately 2 years).

A Clinical Study of Islatravir and Ulonivirine for People With HIV-1 Who Have Not Been Treated Before (MK-8591B-062)
Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) Infection

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat HIV-1 (Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1). The usual (standard) treatment for HIV-1 is antiretroviral therapy (ART), which includes taking medicines to lower the amount of HIV-1 in the body. Standard ART helps people live longer, but people must take up to 3 medicines up to twice a day. Standard ART may also cause other health problems. Researchers want to know if a study ART works as well as a standard ART to treat HIV-1. The study ART combines 2 medicines, islatravir and ulonivirine, and is taken once a week. The goals of this study are to learn: 1) If the study ART works as well as a standard ART to treat HIV-1, and 2) About the safety of the study ART and if people tolerate it compared to a standard ART.

Just-in-Time Training for Youth Mentors
Mental Health Issue Depression Anxiety

This study will evaluate the usability, feasibility, and acceptability of a novel multi-level Just-In-Time Training (JITT) implementation strategy (JITT-EBP) that aims to equip mentors and mentor supervisors to implement evidence-based practices (EBPs) with fidelity using methods that are sustainable in rural communities. JITT-EBP integrates (a) self-directed, on-demand, online training modules for mentors and mentor supervisors, (b) synchronous evidence-based supervision strategies, and (c) an apprenticeship delivery model in which EBPs are co-led by an experienced mentor and a novice mentor, providing opportunity for in-the-moment training and support. The study will conduct a pilot hybrid type 2 effectiveness-implementation trial to evaluate the use of JITT-EBP compared to usual training for implementing mentor-delivered Interpersonal Psychotherapy-Adolescent Skills Training (IPT-AST), an evidence-based depression prevention program. 96 adolescents (age 12-17) and their parents, 8-18 mentors (depending on amount of turnover), and 4 mentor supervisors will be enrolled in the trial.

Prevalence of Exercise-induced Ventilatory Limitation and Associated Factors in Patients With Cystic Fibrosis Receiving Elexacaftor-Tezacaftor-Ivacaftor
Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Mucoviscidosis

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disorder affecting the entire body and associated with respiratory exacerbations, impaired quality of life and reduced life expectancy. The therapeutic management of cystic fibrosis has been profoundly changed by the recent arrival of a combination of highly effective cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) modulators, Elexacaftor-Tezacaftor-Ivacaftor (ETI), which improve quality of life, respiratory function and reducing the number of exacerbations. The impact of these treatments on exercise adaptation has not been clearly identified. The main objective is to estimate the prevalence of ventilatory reserve amputation during submaximal exercise testing assessed by the 6-minute walk test (6MWT) in patients with cystic fibrosis treated with ETIs.

A Study on Hemolytic Disease of the Fetus and Newborn (HDFN) Through Global Registry
Hemolytic Disease of the Fetus and Newborn

The purpose of this non-interventional study is to prospectively evaluate the risk of anemia (decreased red blood cells) in fetuses (baby before birth) and neonates (baby just after birth) of pregnant participants who are at risk for hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn (HDFN) and receiving standard of care (SoC). HDFN is a blood disease that occurs in babies before birth or just after birth when the blood types of the pregnant individual and babies are incompatible, thus resulting in fast breakdown of red blood cells (RBCs) of the fetus/baby.

A Phase 1/2 Clinical Trial to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Preliminary Efficacy of HMBD-501 in Patients With HER3-Expressing Solid Tumors
Melanoma (Skin) Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Breast Cancer

This study is a Phase 1/2, first-in-human, open-label, clinical trial to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of HMBD-501 in patients with advanced-stage, relapsed and/or refractory human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3)-expressing solid tumors. The study consists of 2 phases: a dose escalation phase (Phase 1) and a dose expansion phase (Phase 2). The primary objectives of Phase 1 are to characterize the overall safety and tolerability profile of increasing doses of HMBD-501 in patients with advanced-stage solid tumors and identify the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of ENV-501. During Phase 1, successive cohorts of patients will receive escalating doses of HMBD-501. The results of the dose escalation will determine the RP2D and dosing schedule of HMBD-501 to be administered in the Phase 2 part of the study. The primary objective of Phase 2 is to evaluate the preliminary clinical efficacy of HMBD-501 in dose expansion cohorts.

A Study of OTP-01, a Dual Paratopic PD-1/VEGFR2 Antibody, in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Advanced Solid Tumors

The main goals of this clinical trial are to find out what the best dose of the study drug, OTP-01, is for patients with solid tumors through understanding how it is tolerated and any side effects that it may cause. The trial will also see if OTP-01 causes tumors to shrink and how the body processes OTP-01 by measuring drug levels in the blood. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * What is the recommended dose of OTP-01 for adults with solid tumors? * Is OTP-01 safe and tolerable? * Does OTP-01 reduce tumor growth? Participants will: * Receive OTP-01 through an infusion into a vein. Doses will be spaced out and never more than once a week. * Have blood tests to evaluate safety and drug levels of OTP-01. These will be done often at first and then less frequently as treatment continues. * Have radiographic scans of their tumor at baseline and during the study at regular intervals. * Have the choice to have an optional tumor biopsy before and after treatment to help researchers understand how OTP-01 affects cancer and the immune system. These biopsies are voluntary and will not affect participation in the study.
